De ruwbouw van Technische Cluster Noord heeft zijn hoogste punt bereikt. De aannemer plaatste er de meiboom, een oud bouwgebruik dat voorspoed aankondigt en het gebouw de stevigheid van een boom toewenst.

Het energieneutrale complex komt in de wijk Luchtbal en brengt verschillende diensten van Stad Antwerpen samen op één site: stadsreiniging, groendienst, voertuigencentrum, dierenoverlastbeheer en materiaaldienst.
